It’s a bit performative because that flag doesn’t really do anything outside of Russia. And to add, flying a Russian flag (anti war or otherwise) in a country that is currently occupied by Russia is in extremely poor taste.

As a Georgian I feel like comments here are too harsh on Russians who are at least trying to show dissent with imperialist policies of their country. I personally appreciate the gesture. Just act accordingly (not like you are in a Russian province).
