Are you ordering it abroad? You need to get it at Revenue. Just look up at Google maps.
TIN stands for Tax Identification Number
If you got personal ID number (e.g. if you have permanent residence card), then it’s your TIN.
You can get it at Revenue Services office. As far as I remember it’s free of charge. It’s basically your Georgian Tax ID.
If this a local store you can enter your passport id and add some spaces to get the validator pass. I did this ordering my thinkpad online 😂
