      I’d be concerned at the type of content this individual is indulging in, I think it’s safe to assume they may well be into some kind of hardcore porn (not all involving humans). They need to be caught ASAP as there is a risk their offending will continue to escalate, the fact they left the remains of that poor animal in a public place where it could be found I wouldn’t be surprised if they have previous for public lewdity.
