Not suprised at this. The amount of crime in Liverpool is through the roof. And it leads to private companies taking advantage and engaging in private prosecutions just to make cash over justice. If the police could get their game together there would be less tolerance for some of the local companies’ antics but instead the police can’t even seemingly deal with a fraud case
This country has gone to the dogs. Get Reform in and see if they can make a difference. They can’t do any worse than what we have now or before
JFC. They couldn’t prosecute because the police and courts were ‘confused’ by him using aliases?
I’ve been saying forever that our police, by and large, are thicker than a whale omelette. I wouldn’t trust them to be able to investigate where their arse was with their own two hands.
Hopefully the charity claimed for all their costs, and the offender owned his house which can be sold to pay for all of it…
Those genius poppy thieves, this is just another link in the dark and murky chain of hundreds possibly millions of these ‘poppy dealers’ infesting our streets and flower shops. Only this seller has been caught, there all geniuses one flowershop owner said today. We can only hope that this addiction can be overcome by giving loads of money to businesses close to our lovely government. Gawd I’m proud to be from Englandshire, we put up with any old shit.
