Yesterday we rented a scooter from Okmobilty in Atocha , and we directly went to eat and drink something in Mercado Anton Martin , we parked the scooter and closed everything , we got back and we found that they opened the top case and stole the helmet and left us a small part of it next to the scooter.
We went back to Okmobility to inform about what happend , they made us pay 75euro to get another helmet and to continue our renting period (which is 2 days for 28euros) and It’s not only that , in the contract it says that if you lose a helmet you pay 50euros , we tried to call the customer service and sent a reclamation but no response yet.
