    Cheese is always delicious in any form, but for adjarian khachapuri, the cheese needs to be melted, not fully cooked.

    I recreated his recipe here in Germany and it was pretty good imo

    The greens are not authentic, but feel free to include them if you enjoy the taste, I’m not judging, just pointing out.

  4. If you want to use greens try beetroot leaves just squeeze the moisture out of them
