Just tells you how bad things are in China if they’ve chosen the midlands, over staying in the place they have called home for decades.
I moved into a new build development in Berkshire last year and as soon as I moved in I noticed it felt like being in a Chinatown of sorts so I googled the development name and it appears as a .hk website advertising to rich Hingkongers and it’s worked because most of the 900,000/950,000+ houses have been bought by them. Lots of Astons and Porsches too.
Maybe the South is oversaturated so they’ve gone to the Midlands too.
All the new high rises in Birmingham city centre are for the Hong kongers
I live on a new estate. On my street alone there are three families from Hong Kong.
