As a copy writer and translator – this is Russian grammar with English words.
This is how people with a slavic language background speak when their English isn’t up to fluency yet.
The incorrect placing of definite/ indefinite articles is a dead giveaway.
Another dead giveaway are the incorrect tenses.
Finally, we have the missing “are”s.
