U.S. Congress introduces ‘Georgian Nightmare Non-Recognition Act’

So now there are two bills proposed in the US Congress to support the Georgian people’s democratic aspirations:

* [H.R. 36](https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/house-bill/36) — The MEGOBARI Act, which would require the US government to create reports on corruption and Russian influence operations, and to enforce sanctions against those responsible. * [H.R. 243](https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/house-bill/243) — The Georgian Nightmare Non-Recognition Act, which would prohibit US recognition of any Ivanishvili-led government.

I encourage Americans who sympathize with the Georgian people to contact their Representative and ask them to support these bills.
