Suppose it makes it easier to pass verification on the hub
There should be an ID that’s just ID. I don’t wanna learn to drive but I don’t wanna be using my provisional all the time because it feels juvenile.
i dont get the uk’s huge opposition to national id
just because you make and id system doesn’t mean the country turns into a authoritarian state where the authorities force you to produce your paper on the street at gunpoint…
the lack of a national id system makes everything stupidly complicated, do you know how many different sorts of id we have? its insane

The Gov.Uk site is top tier when it comes to its quality so hopefully this app integration is just as good.

Not a huge fan of the part where they won’t allow it to be added to Apple /google wallet, and instead you have to have it within their own app.
Not sure why they wouldn’t just let you add it to the already existing wallet
