Im trying to see if my light wiring has a neutral wire (to know the right smart switch to buy). Are the blue wires the neutral wires? Seem like they’re capped and unused? Also, what are the green-yellow ones?

Im asking this channel because the info online is confusing. Im hoping it should be standard in the EU but may vary per country…
The green/yellow wire is the grounding wire.
Yes blue should be the ground wire. They are connected together in your second picture.
The cable connected to the ground, is the ground cable.. Never thrust someone else’s wiring, as they can always connect wrongly… the only way to find out is use a multimeter and measure!
