No Georgian I ask knows. They aren’t sold in craft shops, they aren’t anywhere on the Georgian internet. No Georgian knows what they are called, even people who work in craft shops who try to help me by suggesting possible names, which still don’t work for Google.
At this point, I feel like it’s a heavily guarded ancient Georgian demon name (like the word "bear" in some European languages), which can’t be said because eyelets take people’s kids into the woods or something. I see them used everywhere in clothes and street ads, but they have no name.
I’m going insane. It must be some conspiracy specifically against me so I can’t buy them in Georgia and this secret is kept safe within a few chosen people who work in the street advertisement industry.
Who can I bribe to reveal their name to me?

If bribing won’t be enough, we can discuss a blood sacrifice. I’m desperate and I don’t want to buy from Temu
It doesn’t have a specific word but you can make people understand what you want by saying this: ვიდონთ ფაკინგქერი
You can find some at the Samgori bazaar where they sell leather and other fabrics. Ask for blochkebi.
I quickly browsed the Georgian web and noticed that sellers have their own names for these items (e.g., ‘ქუთუთოები’ which looks like it’s directly translated from English). Just pop onto Joom, type in ‘ტყავის ნაკეთობები’, and you’ll likely spot a whole load of them. Feel free to slide into my DMs if you’re having trouble finding it. Or, if you don’t want to bother buying online, swing by the local bazaar and take a look at the leather and bag stalls as someone else pointed out.

We just don’t have a word for it byt most sewing supplies stores will have , you can just show them the picture
I was able to find some of these online using the term “ლუვერსი”. That’s likely a loanword from Russian though the origin of the word is Dutch.
Feel your pain man! And this is not the only thing like this with a mystery surrounding it…
