  1. I don’t think it is legit, but what’s written seemed fair, not only for indian visitors but for all of them.

This is probably a scare tactic and bullshit. But that said… just… don’t break the law if you’re there on a certain visa and you won’t be deported. Look at the Georgian government’s website for relevant laws. Many citizens (i.e. Americans, European Union Member States, etc.) – have the ability to work on tourist visas (or rather the lack thereof) so this is almost 100% a scare tactic as it wouldn’t say just “Indians” it would point to specific laws and the relevant information, they would likely also immediately levy a fine on you if you were caught working.

What I will say is, if you want to work, it’s extremely easy to open a business in Georgia. Do so, and obtain residency. Obtaining residency will then allow you to work unrestricted in Georgia.

Probably fake, the signature looks fake (who tf is John Appleseed?) + it would be written in more professional and appropriate manner (rather than singling out Indians…)

  4. The signature says J. Appleseed, as in Johnny Appleseed. And some of y’all are in medical school…
