      What a poor guy, maybe, the housing markets actually fucked, and no one can afford a £6m mansion, and he doesn’t realise how out of reach that is for most buyers?

      Na, definitely has to be Adele saying she saw Casper there.

      Without the landlord flagging that Adele was talking about his property, there’d have been no way of any buyer knowing.

      This is just a greed thing.

      Anyone who actually believes in ghosts… probably can’t afford a six million pound mansion.

      I’ve met a surprising amount of people who have been impressed by the fact that I’m not remotely scared by of anything supernatural due to the fact that it doesn’t exist.

      I’ve had times where I was sent to fetch things in houses because people were scared of the ghost they swear they heard in there.

      This is about the 5th time I’ve seen this posted, he sure is getting a lot of free advertising for this haunted house (and most folk would consider a ghost story, particularly one endorsed by Adele, a selling point).

      It’s not selling because 6million is a lot a the the moment, and there are probably better places in that price range.

      People love the haunted and the paranormal, I bet it’s not sold because barely anyone has 6million quid they can pull from out of nowhere
