So I heard the only reason he bought that place was to get the pier docking (I think that is what its called) that came with the sale. he doesnt need the hotel to dock and have his own party with his ‘Lambo’.

There are more than 500 apartments being built at the old Techrete site in Howth, as well as 160 in the village at the Bailey Court. The traffic into Howth is insane and there is only one road on and off the peninsula. Public transport is crap too, buses often don’t show and Darts are full to the brim.
