The amount of people here who simply don’t want to acknowledge the utter failures of the services involved in this is exactly why these failures happen. Too many people in this country foam at the mouth to blame individuals rather than the institution.

If my child was about to go on a killing spree to which I spotted them. I’d be taking them to be sectioned as they clearly have a mental problem.
