      Honest questions why is are both these plants so big a deal? 

      It’s making a lot of headlines but I don’t really see how it makes much of a difference to the general economy, unless production here is expected to scale up greatly.

      I’m disappointed that no politician is against this kind of industrial policy. With effective economic policy, investment will flow itself; industrial policy should not be the realm of government outside of core national security functions.
