I'm curious if there are any specific regulations or requirements in Sydney for the use of cold firsparklers? Don’t own a business but my cousin in America has and uses for their parties, while we do have regulations applicable to most stuff so wondering if this has any? Does anyone have any information on this?

Yes. My work rents them out and there’s rules to make sure people don’t fuck up and set shit on fire. In general we send an operator with to manage them (at clients cost). If it’s for a backyard party you’ve got no chance.
