  2. The fact that NLRB has any power at all to make “judgments” on statements like this is an embarrassment.

    The kicker is that everything Jassy said is literally true.

    Organized labor for unskilled trades is frankly a joke. Any Union that could self-suffice without special legal protections, have at it- but there’s a reason they operate with their own set of laws. It’s just rent-seeking nonsense that extracts money from everyone not in the Union ecosystem.

    One of these days these parasites are going to get knocked down a peg and I hope I’m there for it.
    Not holding my breath, though.

    Ugh.. yeah, no shit. They union bust out in the open as if Amazon’s legal team basically just said “don’t worry about it, be as blatant as you want the federal government doesn’t enforce this shit”
