Can you please explain, why/how the sum of all targeting criteria can be larger than 100% (Volt)?
I understand the plot as … % of money spent for one specific criteria. Thus, the sum should not be larger than 100%. Is my understanding incorrect?
Why do they target Hansa Rostock? Sure thing, the fans tend to the right, but yet this is a thrid league club…
