    Instead of financial incentives, Korean culture needs to change, that’s from their mindsets (materialism) to the education system and the working culture.

    But of course that won’t happen so Korea needs to prepare to gradually become a multi cultural country. I hope that they look at what happens in the West so they know what to avoid. Certain ethnicities and religions will not integrate into society, and a certain religion also is not compatible with Korean culture. But thanks to Kpop and Kdramas they have a entire pool of people who would want to immigrate and are likely to integrate into society successfully.
