I have smal YT channel where (try to) make dishes, but mostly soups from around the world.
This week i tried making Yuvarlakia with its famous avgolemeno sauce!
Can you please tell me how well I did? Is this traditional way of making it, or i should change something when I make it next time?
How often do yo eat Yuvarlakia or avgolemono sauce in general?
Thanks so much, cheers! 🙂

Dang these look so good and I’m hungry 😩 I think you did great!! Two things, try to pronounce it Yuvarl-Á-kia, with the stress on the A, so it sounds closer to the greek word. And also when my mother or I make this dish we usually boil rice alongside the meatballs so that it’s a fuller meal by the end, so you can try that next time!!

Making a thick cream is only one of the choices. Other recipes look more lika a thick soup.
