I really want to use some F words. Chandrayan 3 did not find any water. Any. Neither it can, as much as I understand it ability. “revealed that ice is found” is completely fantasy. Some guy speculated it can be base in temperatures – pretty shake even for a speculation. Not to say tit does exists.
