    In the 1st picture is the first Kharchapuri I ever made with only egg yolk, in the 2nd picture with egg white I made today (ChatGPT said I was as supposed to use a whole egg) – critics are welcome 🙏 could I make a good impression on my boyfriends mom?

      ChatGPT is wrong, yolk alone is the correct and most common way to do it.

      Generally to my eye your first Khachapuri both the dough and everything looks more correct, I have no idea taste wise obviously but your first image looks like a typical traditional Adjarian.

      Some advice, never trust chatgpt on anything no matter what (not at least without corroborating it with some other source first). You were supposed to only use the yolk and leave the egg whites out completely
