According to some online sources it lies on the property of a land reclamation agency in Berbuki, but the exact location is nowhere to be found. We‘re traveling to Tiblisi in May and want to do some urbexing.

Can be either of these places. You need to ask for “ბერბუკის მელიორაციის სამსახურის საწყობი” or Berbuki Amelioration Office. Just ask for locals for stalin and everyone will get it.
