      To be fair… that is a police problem.

      I know this is bait to sort of incite hate towards certain foreign groups… but where is police, why are they not being stopped, arrested, car confiscated and themselves deported?

      There is a concept known as “total policing”, meaning no crime is too small. The idea of it is – if everyone knows that all the crimes will be investigated and prosecuted, then people don’t even start breaking them, or if they broke some small law, get some small fine then they can learn from experience without huge consequences and never become completely anti-social and blatantly breaking the laws.

      If such a thing can happen at all, then clearly policing in the country has failed.

      Now that is not a dig at Georgians… I understand it is the current government’s fault. Perhaps they spend so much resources protecting themselves that there are no resources left to do policing. But what I am saying it is not Kazachs that are the problem here. Kazachs also come to many of Eastern Europe and they don’t drive on pavements for some reason. Because they know there is a rule of law and very soon they will be licking asphalt heads down and cuffed.

      These idiots must be found and locked up in prison at least for several months and then deported. Although I doubt they’ll learn the lesson cause they’re brainless, but at least maybe it’ll stop someone from doing the same.

      This is wild. I know this exact spot. Nothing will happen to these guys, they would probably do it again, and brag about it to their friends The police don’t care about anything in this country. I dealt with them a couple times; once returning a lost cell phone, and another time reporting an abandoned dog left for dead, tied to a pole with a short leash in the hot summer heat, that all the neighbors could see and did nothing about. I was laughed at for wasting their time on both occasions.

      One thing I do know they like to do, beat the living shit out of people for peacefully protesting!

      I’m a Kazakh from Kazakhstan and I’d like to apologize on behalf of the whole Kazakh nation. That is definitely not how guests are supposed to behave and it’s a shame for the whole country of Kazakhstan. The people in the video should be punished by the law and deported immediately.
