It seems that the inclusion of data from more rural household caused the large change. It is an artifact from the change in the data collection methodology, and from the information given, it still isn’t clear to me that it is representative of Georgia as a whole.

Keep in mind that the owner of the company that measures TV ratings is pro-GD himself (Merab Pachulia) and is the founder of Gorbi too (pro-GD company that measures party ratings), so the data provided by them is questionable.
Television is a hugely generational thing here, as is GD support. Below a certain age, hardly anyone watches television or supports GD; above a certain age, nearly everyone watches television and supports GD.
yeah i mean no one else really watches tv so but good to know
TV is lost for opposition- I think Imedi alone has more rating than the biggest opposition TV channels
