Ah well he lasted 5 days haha. Was clearly just there for the cash, doubt he gives a shit.
The most shocking thing about this is that there is still a Celebrity Big Brother, and some people still watch it
Man known for being a fruit loop gets fired for being a fruit loop. Anyone would think they were courting controversy in the hope of clicks.
Never watched a second of this, or any previous, but when i heard he was going in i had two thoughts
1. He’s still alive!
2. Wont be long before hes out!
ITV knew what exactly what they were doing putting him in there and that is the bottom line

They took way too long to make this decision, albeit not a surprise as they were undoubtedly weighing money vs complaints because if they actually cared about the issue it’d have been done days ago.
Whoever picked him to be on had rocks in their heads anyway.
Not mentally ill, just a man living the way he was brought up…. People change slower than the times we live in…
I more surprised this drivel is still being aired and that people are still watching it.
I stopped watching Big Brother when that creep Stephen Bear won to cheering audience and was championed by half of online fanbase (aged even worse now)
Utterly disgusting and I stopped then.
Imagine having Michael Fabricant on one of these dumb shows and he’s only the second most embarrassing contestant.
People still watch this trash tv??? It is so 2000..
I hope he gets no money after violating rules.
I’m sure ITV knew what they were doing and had hoped for this sort of episode when they signed his contract.
The fact is this show was successful on Channel 4 for a full decade, along with several spin-offs. It did well for Channel 5 by their fairly low ratings standards but it is now in the death throes after a short very run on ITV – this fees like a last ditch attempt to make it work and return some investment outlay with some controversy.
It launched with its lowest ever opening ratings this time and personally I think it should be put out to pasture for good – there’s no networks left to flog it to.
He gets his multi thousands of pounds and ITV getting the coverage, a win win. Almost like it was planned. Not wasting my time on this nonsense. Peace out.
It must be a challenge to produce this show. You want controversy and drama so people watch and talk about it etc, but not too much since you need the drama to last the duration. Plus all the dynamics that you are trying to balance.
I’m guessing they factor in losing one or two like this, and probably have idea of who and at what stage.
