Can someone do the math and tell me how much time the dilation they experienced?

The NASA feed via Roscosmos didn’t show much footage of Don Pettit. I was nervous. He looks to be in good spirits.

He’s posted some of the most breath-taking pictures I’ve ever seen in the last few months, and written some fabulous poetry. His son [mentioned that the stuff he’s posted is <1%](https://x.com/PettitFrontier/status/1912964250978361716) of all the photos and videos in just this mission, and there’s 8TB worth of data that’s been brought back!!!

why do they carry the astronauts from the capsule? the article doesn’t mention the reasoning. is it because their bodies aren’t accustomed to gravity currently, therefore making their legs weak?

I remember Don from a Smarter Everyday episode, Destin goes to Don’s house, and Don shows his laser that he set up to turn off the street lamp by his house so he can use his telescope 🤣

Does coming back to Earth feel like getting up out of your cinema chair after a 3+ hour Epic in the dark?
