These are the different agents sharing the same apartment over and over with same pictures. The process of buying the property is as painful, if not more.
Try using [Home.ss.ge](https://home.ss.ge/ka/udzravi-qoneba), otherwise be ready to look at the same ad over and over again. Thanks to lack of regulation in the industry and specifically platforms like myhome.ge this shit gives people a lot of headache.
I never managed to rent any apartment on ss / myhome. Had much better luck on facebook tho.
remove the agents option in the filter and you will only see apartments listed by the owners 🙂
Well agents are great help if you find the right one tho. My agents helped me a lot when needed.
I have a buddy that does this stuff on the side. If all else fails I could put you in touch with him. Sure he’d be able to find you a place. Saved me a shitload of headaches and scammers on SS and my home.

Agents in Tbilisi suck. If one just one person were able to do the job well, they’d be rolling in it. I contacted a number of supposedly reputable agents and agencies when I was looking for a place some years ago, and they would routinely ignore my emails for a week at a time or cancel meetings at the last minute.
