Labour MP fears being challenged in toilets after Supreme Court woman definition ruling

Don’t worry, she can prove she is a woman by…

… oh. The Supreme Court forgot about that. They ruled that we must treat men and women differently, but then also ruled away any way to tell who is a man and who is a woman.

But we still have to ensure the wrong people aren’t let into the wrong toilets, because otherwise that’s a sex discrimination case, an EHRC referral, or a HSA referral depending on the context (or all three).

I’m glad people recognise how ridiculous this is, but it’s a little depressing that the focus seems to be on this will hurt people it’s not meant to hurt and not the transphobic elephant in the room

I think we should all wear bikinis. Not only would I look great but it might help the problem.
