I’m guessing 70 years of compressed and aged discs and other joint connectors suddenly not having pressure on them cancels out the “face balloon” effect. At 48 I do not know if I’m ready to trade back pain for sinus pain but who knows in 20 years maybe 🤷♂️

Yea I spoke with one of the astronauts that is from Omaha a couple years ago about this. I asked him if they did studies on how low gravity could be used as a form of therapy. For like blood pressure etc. and he said they did! They’ve been looking into how it can in small doses actually help people heal

They will – but you’ll decondition and likely die in a few years returning to Earth. You’ll never be the same as what you were.
This is why people shouldn’t use wheelchairs – once you use it there’s no coming back with intense physical therapy.
