Since I forgot to take pic of khachapuri from recent Georgian dinner I made, just whipped up another one as I had leftover ingreds. Used this recipe – very easy, baked in oven, no need for food processor, proving etc (it’s a simple hand-mixed yogurt-baking soda dough).

Nice. Man, English coalminers would have loved mini khachapuris back in the day.
The lobiani hole in the top is some uncanny valley thing where I feel like AI is involved but it looks delicious A+.
