I like to whittle the sausage into beef jerky-like chunks and eat them with fancy cheese and flatbread. If you don’t have flatbread, Ritz crackers or similar will do nicely.

Bite it off in big chunks to get the full taste and wash it down with a six pack of Frydenlund fatøl.

You don’t have to cook it, and it’s normally eaten raw. However, imagine how delicious pepperoni gets when you give it a fry or toss it on a pizza… Well it’s the same with this!

If you have several different types, just add some olive and bread and cheese and you have something we call fleske fat in Norwegian.

A lot of “clever” advice here already, obviously. But just put it on toast maybe even with cheese. You can heat it, but dont cook it. Its already prepared. Its quality stuff.
