They are called ”villasukat”, or ”wool socks”. The patterns themselves don’t have a widespread names as I can tell.
Villasukat. Woolen socks. When I was a kid at least, we were all made to learn how to knit these in school.
They are called “villasukka” in Finnish, due to them being just socks made of wool.
Everyone has those here. I wear them every chance I get, so from November to April usually. Indoors and when outside. I love villasukat
More specifically villasukat means specifically this kind, handmade pair.

“Hipulit” in Pirkanmaa, have heard also “tillukkaat” somewhere. “Rasat” is used for both socks and gloves.

Tillukkaat.
Tillukkaat is what my granny said. Other granny said töppöset. I often call them villikset.
