Was this an employee mistake or a hardline practice issue? Doesn’t stop me from eating them. (Unless it’s the 2nd one)

Costco Japan food quality control is not good. I had a problem with the sushi (rice was moving)

    5. Ya know if people would just stop freaking out about ‘radiation’, electron beam irradiation would reduce spoilage and prevent most food poisoning.

But people hear “irradiation” and freak out.

At least this doesn’t appear to be from raw chicken sashimi.
